I wonder if this counts as being vain.

[She has both hands pressed over her mouth, blushing bright red, and she just nods instead of risking blurting some other sappy embarrassing thing.]

[ Okay. Okay okay okay, she's got this. Definitely.

She tugs lightly at those hands to pull them away. ]

[Immediately and sincerely:]

[ On the one hand, she kind of doesn't want to put Kohime out of her misery.

On the other, she can't quite sway herself from leaning in and quickly pressing her lips against Kohime's, cheeks burning. ]

[It does stop her constant stream of words on how amazing Sabre is, and she's blushing hard too, just blinking at her.

It was. . . strange? Because it's essentially herself? But the strangest part is she didn't dislike it, exactly. It was kind of nice.

She doesn't release Sabre's hands.]

She snatches her hands back once the overwhelming need to touch is overridden by the overwhelming need to crawl in a hole and die.

She thinks she dreamt something like this once? And now in real life it . . . wasn't bad. At all. She feels kind of warm, and light.
